Heart Harmony Healthcare LLC provides respectful and compassionate Personal Hygiene & Grooming Assistance to help clients maintain their health, comfort, dignity, and self-confidence. We understand that personal care is an important part of daily living and overall well-being. Our caregivers assist with hygiene activities in a manner that preserves privacy, encourages independence, and respects each client’s personal preferences. All services are provided as non-medical assistance according to the client’s individualized care plan. We do not perform skilled nursing procedures or medical treatments. Our goal is to help every client feel clean, comfortable, confident, and cared for while remaining as independent as safely possible.

Assistance Includes:
- Assistance with bathing, showering, or sponge baths.
- Help with dressing and selecting appropriate clothing.
- Grooming assistance including hair brushing and styling.
- Oral hygiene assistance, including brushing teeth and denture care.
- Shaving assistance using electric or manual razors when appropriate.
- Skin care assistance using client-provided lotions and products.
- Nail care assistance limited to cleaning and filing only.
- Assistance washing hands and maintaining proper hygiene.
- Incontinence care and routine personal hygiene assistance.
- Assistance with toileting and restroom safety.
- Changing clothing and undergarments as needed.
- Assistance putting on and removing shoes and socks.
- Hair washing and drying assistance when appropriate.
- Encouraging regular hygiene routines that promote wellness.
- Respecting client privacy, dignity, and personal preferences.
- Encouraging independence whenever safely possible.
- Monitoring skin for visible changes and reporting concerns appropriately.
- Maintaining cleanliness of personal care items and hygiene areas.
- Following infection prevention and hand hygiene practices.
- Delivering every personal care service with compassion, professionalism, respect, and confidentiality.
